In all, CHW will have four new faces on its board - Scott Williams, Tony Peake, Linda McNeill and Lynne McLennan who will join returning board members Jenkins, Peter Le Lievre, Rachel Thomson and Mark McKenzie.
Jeremy Johnson has stepped aside after 10 years, while Jodi Heath and Jim Hallam have also stepped aside after four years on the board.

CHW's managing director Paul O'Donohue said Jenkins' experience would prove invaluable going forward with the board.
"Angeleen will continue to bring a great deal of experience, knowledge and continuity in addressing the challenges and opportunities facing the water industry and our region," Mr O'Donohue said.
"I am confident that each new board director will help guide CHW and ensure that we continue to fulfill our important purpose, as an essential service to our communities.
"I would like to sincerely thank our retiring board directors, including Dr Jeremy Johnson AM, who has ably led our board as chair for over a decade, as well as directors Jodi Heath and Jim Hallam, who both served for four years."
Across the state's 18 water corporations and nine catchment authorities, 54 new appointments have been announced, while 65 board members will return.
