The training duo have Ride High and Be Happy Mach, which have embarked on stud careers while on the sidelines, entered for the pacing division, while trotter Alpha Male has also had his name thrown into the ring.
Ride High has an outstanding record of 16 wins in 18 starts and last raced this time last year.
Two-time group 1 winner Be Happy Mach has 10 victories from 12 starts to his name, but has not raced since January last year when he had his only start as a three-year-old.
Apha Male's absence has been even longer.
He set the harness racing world alight in winning three of five starts, including two group 1s. Alpha Male made his latest race appearance in March 2019.
Stewart has also nominated pacers Abouttime, Mach Dan and Out To Play, and trotter Cover Of Darkness for the Inter Dominion to be run in New South Wales in November and December.
Stewart has won more than 80 group 1 races - more than any other trainer in the past 20 years - but is yet to land an Inter Dominion title.
Some 28 Victorians are in 103 pacing nominations.
Victoria accounts for 38 of the 64 trotters entered.
The Inter Dominion is Australasia's premier harness racing championship, with heats to lead into finals at Menangle on December 11. Heats will be run at Menangle, Bathurst and Newcastle in the two-week series.
