If you don't have a smartphone, or you don't want to sign up for any of the accounts, you'll need to get your vaccination history printed out - phone the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809, but expect it to take up to 14 days to be delivered.
For people with a smartphone, getting your vaccine certificate linked up to the Service Victoria app - the orange QR code one - is pretty easy, but you'll need a few things first.

It's a good idea to make sure the Service Victoria app is up-to-date, which for most people will be automatic. If you're not sure, head to the App Store or the Google Play store and double-check.
There are two options - the Medicare Express Plus App, and MyGov.
Firstly, MyGov - this is a federal government website that links up Medicare, Australian Tax Office, Centrelink, and other services. If you don't already have an account, set one up - it won't take long.
Head back to the Service Victoria app - if it's fully updated, it'll immediately prompt you to link in your vaccine certificate. If not, down the bottom of the main page, next to the check-in button, will be a little box with a tick. Hit add certificate.
THE LATEST:
Make sure that Medicare is linked up, and if you need to, enter in your Medicare card number.
When you get to the main Medicare page, hit Proof of vaccination, and you'll see your vaccination history and COVID-19 certificate.
There will be an option to link your passport to a QR code app - hit that, select the Service Victoria app, and hit save.
You'll then be able to view the certificate in the app - note the animated background and clock.
Next, the Medicare app - make sure you already have an account and the app's fully updated too.
Log-in to the app and tap proof of vaccination, then immunisation history, then tap share with check-in app.
You'll be prompted to agree to share it, then it will take you automatically back to the Service Victoria app - hit add certificate, and you're done.
The certificate will be down the bottom next to the check-in button, the little box with a tick.
