Minister for Regional Development Mary-Anne Thomas named the tenants on Wednesday outside a new building on the 400-hectare site in Ballarat's growth zone.
Office Vision, a family-owned and operated office-outfitting business, constructed the building with showroom space in mind.
It's joined by infrastructure contractors Sovereign Civil, agriculture machinery specialists Cervus and Michael's Group, and steel aluminium manufacturer Chris's Body Builders.
The new tenants will join laboratory equipment manufacturer Westlab, Findlay Engineering, Milestone Benchtops and freight company Kane Transport on site.
Victorian producer Luv-a-Duck has also set up at BWEZ, working from a recently-completed facility. Luv-a-Duck has invested $20 million in its Ballarat operations with 30 workers producing retail-ready duck meat products.
Minister Thomas thanked the businesses for forbearance in persisting with their plans despite facing COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.
"BWEZ is vital to the growth of manufacturing jobs in Ballarat - jobs that can sustain generations of workers - and the benefits flow across the region," the minister said.
