Obiyo Nwigwe, 45, appeared at the Ballarat Magistrates' Court via video link on Monday, when dates were set for his contested hearing.
A crown prosecutor said Nwigwe was accused of touching the teenager's bottom during a massage and pushing her breast when he put a sticker on, without her consent.
A County Court judge previously determined the two charges of sexual touching should be heard in the Magistrates' Court rather than the County Court.
The court heard five witnesses would be called during the three-day hearing set for March 3, 4 and 7 in 2022.
The police informant, the complainant, the complainant's mother and two neighbours will give evidence during the hearing.
Nwigwe will remain in custody where he is serving a sentence for another matter.
