Ballarat has recorded three new cases of COVID in the 24 hours to midnight on Wednesday
The new cases are listed in the 3350, 3351 and 3352 postcodes.
There are 18 ongoing infections across the Ballarat LGA, up from 14 on Wednesday.
The Moorabool Shire has recorded six new cases, while its active tally has increased to 40.
The Hepburn Shire has added two new cases while the Golden Plains Shire has recorded one new case.
The Pyrenees Shire has not recorded any new cases.

NEW CASES: 1254 (up from 1196 yesterday)
DEATHS: 5 (up from 3 yesterday)
ACTIVE CASES: 10,276 (up from 9774 yesterday)
IN HOSPITAL: 310 (up from 284 yesterday)
IN ICU: 48 (down from 52 yesterday)
ON VENTILATOR: 31 (up from 29 yesterday)
Victoria has recorded 1254 new COVID-19 cases and five deaths, with the proportion of its fully vaccinated 12-plus population officially hitting 90 per cent.
The new infections bring the number of active cases in the state to 10,276, including 310 in hospital, slightly raising the seven-day average to 309.
There are 48 people in intensive care actively infectious, while a further 48 have been cleared of the virus and 31 are on a ventilator.
The latest deaths take the state's toll from the pandemic to 1306.
Some 75,348 tests were processed on Wednesday, while 4718 vaccine doses were administered at state-run hubs.
Victoria now has 90 per cent of people aged 12 and over fully vaccinated.
The Victorian government eased a raft of restrictions on Friday, having expected to reach the 90 per cent vaccination target at the weekend.
