The visitors were sent in to bat first and the innings did not last long, the Bolts dismissing their opponents for just 47 in 12.2 overs.
It was an even bowling display with six players taking a wicket, three of those claiming two a-piece.
Ella Jeffrey was the pick of the bunch, finishing with match-best figures of 2-8 in two overs.
The game remained in the balance with Coburg 3-25, but from there the Bolts really flexed their muscle.
The side took 7-22 to put it in a dominant position heading into its own innings.
There was only one blemish on the Bolts' innings, opener Imogen O'Brien being dismissed for one.
Fellow opener Lillee Barendsen was in fine touch, smashing a game-high 30 runs not out.
Charli McLennan performed strongly alongside Barendsen, scoring 17 not out.
The Bolts chased the tally in just 9.2 overs to help it remain at the top-of-the-table on 10 points, four clear of Melton Centrals, Clifton Hill, Melbourne University and Holy Trinity on six a-piece.
The side will enjoy a bye this weekend.
In Division B, the Bolts were too strong for Sydenham/Hollside.
The Bolts kept their opponents to 7-52 from 20 overs and chased the total with ease, finishing 1-55 from 9.2 overs.
Tamekha Develyn finished with a match-high score of 25, while Jasmine Walton finished 20 not out.
