Two utes collided at the intersection of Ballarat-Maryborough Road and Learmonth-Sulky Road, about 11.30am.
Police, CFA and Ambulance Victoria all attended the Blowhard incident.
It does not appear as though anybody was trapped in either vehicle, with the CFA in attendance to clear fluid from the road.
Both cars sustained damage to their front end.
The road was cleared about 12.30pm.
