The match-up is scheduled for Saturday, April 23 at 1:45pm AEDT.
The second will take place in round 10 against the Gold Coast Suns.
Dates and times are yet to be confirmed for that round, however the weekend of round 10 runs from May 20 to 22.
Adelaide and the Bulldogs have faced off in Ballarat twice before, the first coming in the final round of the 2019 season.
The Bulldogs dominated from start to finish, kicking away 18.13 (121) - 13.9 (87).
They did much of the same when the two sides battled at Mars in round 20 this season, the Bulldogs running away 49-point winners.
The Suns have battled the Bulldogs in Ballarat once, back in 2018, a game the Bulldogs won 11.15 (81) - 10.12 (72).
The news follows the announcement that the Bulldogs AFLW side will host Fremantle in Ballarat over the round 10 weekend (March 11-13).
