Ballarat Grammar School's Nicholas Milton and Liam Procaccino claimed gold medals.
Milton, who holds numerous hurdles records for Athletics Victoria, won the under-16 100 metres hurdles in 13.44 seconds.
Procaccino won the under-17 men's 400m in 51.21 seconds.
