CRESWICK'S Mollie Forbes is one fashionable filly.The 20-year-old was voted the inaugural winner of The Courier Ballarat Cup best-dressed competition.Her winning ensemble consisted of a pink Gasp dress, a black Bardot hat, and black high heels from Stryde."I'm so excited," Ms Forbes said of her win.The Courier photographed a total of 100 racegoers for the competition."I put up posters at my work (Safeway at Stockland Wendouree) and got everyone to vote for me," Ms Forbes said."My family also did a lot of voting."The Courier promotions co-ordinator Alison Black said the response to the competition had been "overwhelming", with more than 20,000 SMS votes lodged in less than a week.For her efforts, Ms Forbes scored herself a $1000 gift voucher from Karington Jewellers.And just for voting, Beryl Berriman won a $500 Karington Jewellers voucher.
