The Vics yesterday stretched their winning sequence to four at the expense of South Australia and Tasmania in two twenty20 matches.
Three rounds remain with the finals to be played on Tuesday. Victoria reached 9-99 in its first assignment of the day and it proved more than enough against SA, 72, at the Western OVal.
In its next outing, Victoria needed just 8.4 overs to pass Tasmania’s 6-68, with eight wickets in hand.
The championships take a break today before resuming with another doubleheader tomorrow.?
