TRADIES will be able to grab a free bacon and egg sandwich next week at a drive-through breakfast.
However, this isn’t a fast food chain.
The breakfast is a joint initiative between Commerce Ballarat and Federation University and will allow tradespeople to grab information on apprenticeships, training, insurance and other business opportunities.
“The trade sector is always busy and on the move. Rarely are they sitting at their desk able to receive helpful business information,” said Commerce Ballarat executive officer Jodie Gillett.
The breakfast will also give tradespeople the opportunity to learn more about the programs offered by the university.
The event will be held on March 19 between 6.15am and 8am at Training Lane, at the Industry Skills Centre on Grant Street.
