There are six outstanding warrants for Martin Frost's arrest.
Mr Frost, 46, of no fixed address, was last seen in Hastings, on the Mornington Peninsula, last Sunday.
Police believe he is still wearing the same clothing - a black Nike baseball cap, a red vest and grey tracksuit pants - and driving a maroon Mitsubishi Magna, registration number NSM 280.
Mr Frost is about 178 centimetres with a solid build, blue eyes and a shaved head.
Police have renewed their appeal after they originally released details last Tuesday after Mr Frost was seen boarding a train from Colac.
Police have released an image of Mr Frost in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
