Gesturing angrily, but finally moving forward, obviously mystified at my daughter's frantic waving and pointing behind her, the lady's move allowed the cars behind her to move forward, including the one stuck in the path of the train, which whizzed past just as the car cleared the tracks.
There is a time and place for road courtesy. That was not one of them.
