POLICE
A disorientated elderly woman driving on the wrong side of the Western Freeway at Ballarat and a truck collided on Tuesday morning.
The woman aged in her 70s was driving her Nissan towards Ballarat - but in the Melbourne bound lane - at 12.45am when her vehicle and a truck collided near the Brewery Tap Hotel at Woodman's Hill.
FIRE
Fire crews also attended the scene of the collision on the Western Freeway just before 1am.
AMBULANCE
Paramedics attended the collision corner of Ballarat-Daylesford Road and Western Freeway in Brown Hill.
A woman aged in her 70s was transported to the Ballarat Health Services Base Hospital in a stable condition at 1am.
