The area is a unique part of our Australian heritage which people have lived and died for.
It needs to be shared with all of the people in a most beautiful way.
Surely this would encourage family life, interaction, social communication and a sense of pride and belonging in all of us.
There is only until September 2 for the public to object to the planning proposal before the council which could allow a freehold housing development to go ahead at the former Golden Point Primary School oval 'up in Magpie Street' (as it is better known). I strongly encourage you to object.
