McDonald recorded a time of 3.01 seconds, a very fast time for a tall defender, while Rowan Marshall clocked 3.21 seconds.
Rebels talent manager Phil Partington said the results were a reflection of how hard the pair had trained.
“As long as they are getting personal bests, there is not much more we can ask of them,” he said.
The third Rebels player invited to the draft camp, Dan Butler, has been sitting out the physical tests due to a knee operation but has still undergone all mental tests and club interviews.
The beep test and skills test will take place on Thursday.
