With the increasing use of rail travel, a lot of thought needs to be put into provision of adequate, convenient and as close to platforms parking as possible, not committed, as planned by the council to the extreme boundary along Nolan Street for car parking.
If any of those people involved in provision of these amenity's care to go to the railway station any day they will find the present parking facility very full and they need to keep in mind the needs of the future will require still more availability of parking spaces with the proposed increase in the number of trains.
