Vice-captain Daniel Firth and David King come back into the side to host St Albans Saints.
However, the McDonalds Reds will be without the services of former A-League player Jimmy Downey, who is likely to miss a month of soccer with a hamstring injury.
Ballarat has showed glimpses of form in its opening two clashes, but as yet, is yet to find the back of the net.
Kept scoreless in their opening two games, the Reds will meet a side that managed four goals in its only match for the season.
Manager James Robinson vowed his side would play an attacking brand of soccer from the first whistle today.
He predicted St Albans to be one of the better sides for the season, making the match even more important.
"They'll be one of the contenders for the top of the league I think, they are a really good unit," Robinson said.
"We have to come out attacking from the start and we have to be firing on all cylinders."
Liam Harding also looks set to make a return to the side, having missed the opening two matches as he recovered from a knee injury.
He has been finding fitness in the under-20s and is likely to mark his return by coming off the bench in the seniors.
The Devils have been held scoreless in their opening two encounters, but managed to come away with one point against Whittlesea Ranges last week.
However, Robinson remains unfazed by the lack of scoring thus far.
"We are creating the opportunities, we just have to start converting," he said.
