A woman has been followed along an inner-Melbourne street by a man exposing himself, police say.

The same man is believed to have pressed up against a woman and touched her inappropriately on the same night.
Police said the man first exposed himself to a woman and her partner as they were sitting on a bench on Westgarth Street, Fitzroy, about 2am on April 5.
The couple walked away from the man along Brunswick Street but he continued to follow them, all while exposing himself.
The woman's partner tried to block the man, as he edged closer to her.
But the man then turned on the partner, punching him in the face and leaving him with a cut lip.
A short time later, it is believed the same man approached a woman outside a Brunswick Street pub.
He allegedly pressed himself against the woman and touched her inappropriately.
It is believed he may have assaulted a third woman further down the road.
Police have released images taken from CCTV footage of a man they wish to speak to.
The alleged offender is believed to be in his mid-20s, with a slim build, light-coloured hair and may have a tattoo on his right leg.
He was wearing a white long sleeved top, light-coloured shorts and runners.
