That match-up be in the first round after the Christmas-New Year break.
The firsts season will feature 13 rounds, including four twenty20s played in two double-header Sundays.
All other nine games will be two-dayers.
Reigning premier Brown Hill will be pitted against Darley in the opening round on October 10-17 at the Western Oval.
This will be a big first-up ask for Darley’s new coach Terry Moloney after the Lions’ disappointing end to 2014-15.
Napoleons-Sebastopol will be at home to Ballarat-Redan.
While the 10-club first eleven competition remains unchanged, the seconds have a completely new look as part of the BCA senior restructure.
The release of the fixture confirms the 14-team second tier, with the 10 teams from last season’s club seconds joined by four from the former BCA district division one competition – Dunnstown, Buninyong, Ballan and VRI Delacombe.
Division one premier Ballan will take on Darley first-up in what should develop into a strong rivalry.
Dunnstown, Buninyong and VRI Delacombe will also have tough challenges in the opening round against Mt Clear, Wendouree and Brown Hill respectively.
Lucas and Bufrumbeet, which also played in division one last season, will be part of a 14-team thirds.
Again the 10 former club competition outfits will play at this level, with Buninyong and VRI Delalcombe completing the numbers.
The BCA is still to release other senior and junior fixtures.
