It was the first time the school has participated in Music: Count Us In (MCUI), held at 12.30pm on Thursday.
Pupils sang Gold - a song created by Australian musician John Foreman OAM and young songwriters just for the national event.
Music teacher Jeremy Beggs said MCUI was a good opportunity for staff and pupils to come together and experience the joy of singing.
“It was great to have the support of the staff and the school,” Mr Beggs said.
The school live streamed the event from the Sydney Opera House. MCUI highlights the role of music in educational development.
