The Lions secured their third first innings points in as many outings in a dramatic day against Napoleons-Sebastopol at Napoleons on Saturday.
Darley rolled the home team for a meagre 47 and then replied with 4-82.
Coach Heath Pritchard made the most of favourable bowling conditions to snare 5-12 of 15.2 overs.
Brad Barnes marked his return to the team with 3-16 and Matt Cape chipped in with 2-19.
Jacob Eyers was the only Naps-Sebas batsman to reach double figures with a fighting 18.
Pritchard said he had no hesitation bowling on a green wicket after winning the toss.
He said it had been a "pleasing" start to the season, given Darley only had three wins for their entire campaign last season.
"We're not getting carried away, but you have to be happy."
