After 33 years at the site, news was announced to staff this week of a relocation to purpose built premises on the corner of Webster Street and Creswick Road expected to take place in the new year.
The building has been for sale since earlier this year.
The Courier first moved into the location in 1982 from its historic building on Sturt Street.
The printing process was moved to Grandlee Drive, Wendouree a decade ago.
