The BFL has announced O’Loughlin as the replacement to Shane Skontra, who has taken up a job with Maryborough in the Bendigo competition.
O’Loughlin, a former Ballarat Swans senior coach, will lead the BFL in the country championships clash against Western Region in May, 2016.
