Two Ballarat mums are spearheading a drive to raise money for HeartKids Victoria.

Trista Johnson and Sarah Gambin are organising a fundraiser this Sunday for the awareness and treatment of Childhood Heart Disease.
The pair are driven by the loss of Ms Gambin’s daughter Mayah, who tragically died in June last year from cardiomyopathy.
The pair will host a family friendly event at Lake Wendouree on Sunday from 11am to 3pm.
There will be a live band, sausage sizzle, face painting and heaps of activities for the kids, while HeartKid clowns will also provide entertainment.
Most activities are gold coin donation, but there is a huge range of Heartkids merchandise to be sold.
