The Strikers will be out to make amends for their last two encounters with the Melbourne outfit who defeated them in 2015’s grand final and again in the second round of the Team App Cup earlier this month.
The Strikers are coming off a tough fortnight in the state league, going down in two tight contests to South Melbourne and South Yarra.
The side will be fighting to even their season at two wins and two losses next weekend.
The Ballarat outfit will also be hoping to regain midfielder Tessa Curtain for the fixture after she suffered a hamstring injury late in the match against South Yarra last weekend.
