Roberta Williams racks up monumental debts on Carl's tombstone, Dhakota's school fees

Roberta Williams has failed to pay $10,712 for a high-end granite headstone erected in memory of her former husband, Carl Williams, who was buried in a gilded coffin after a lavish funeral in 2010.
