The Vikings had a point to prove after falling to Balmoral earlier in the season despite leading at the half.
There would be no such mistakes in the replay, with former Nottingham Forest player Adam Newbold opening the scoring by audaciously chipping the keeper from 60 metres out.
The Vikings continued their dominance throughout the half, with Will Georgiou and Pietro Angeli getting in on the action before Newbold scored again.
While the visitors managed find a reply on the hour mark, the result was already secured, with an own goal adding to Balmoral’s woes.
Vikings coach Michael Busija said his was pleased with the way his charges refused to take their foot off the pedal for the full 90 minutes.
The result ensures Sebastopol’s promotion hopes remain alive with six rounds remaining.
