The Bulldogs are selecting the line-ups in recognition of their first decade in the Central Highlands Football League.
Daylesford left the Ballarat league at the end of 2005.
The players are being drawn from the 2006 to 2015 CHFL and CHNL campaigns.
Daylesford has won three CHFL senior premierships - 2007, 2009 and 2012.
Extended lists have been released from which the final teams will be selected.

“GAMBLING’S Not A Game” is the next round theme in the Ballarat Football Netball League.
BFNL has this year has continued its partnership with the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation, which will be highlighted at fixtures on Saturday and Sunday.
Clubs have undertaken a new pilot charter champion training program that has been developed as an expansion to the Responsible Gambling Awareness and Sporting Clubs Program.
AFL Goldfields commercial and regional operations manager Aaron Nunn said the training aimed to refresh understanding of the sporting clubs program, and responsible gambling charter BFNL clubs had signed.
BALLARAT will have two players line up for Vic Country in the AFL National Inclusion Carnival.
Harley Locke and Hary Hunter will play in the carnival n Melbourne over six days from next Tuesday.
Locke and Hunter play for Ballarat Bulldogs in the Football Integration Development Association western conference.
Ballarat, previously known as the Northern Knights, is unbeaten after three rounds and heads the competition, which also features, Grampians, Hampden, Wimmera and Hamilton.
The carnival caters for players with an intellectual disability from Victoria, NSW/ACT, South Australia, Queensland and Tasmania.
