Last month, Peter Gaur is opened up the doors to his newest restaurant Royal Indians Restaurant at Sturt Street with a plan to provide free hot dinners to anyone from 8pm.
But he said the response hadn’t been as great as he hoped and he was now making another public appeal.
“It is my humble plea that anyone who is homeless or jobless please come to my restaurant and I would provide you with a free hot meal,” he said. “No questions asked.”
The Royal Indians Restaurant is at 302, Sturt Street, Ballarat. It is open every day of the week except Tuesdays. Free meals will be provided from 8pm.
