What can you achieve in 30 minutes? How about a stronger body?
Regular strength training is an important contributor to good overall health, including promoting healthy weight, strong muscles and reducing chronic disease.
Women's Health Week is a week to focus on your health, learn more and take action. It is the perfect time to take a fresh look at Curves.
Curves has helped millions of women around the world to get healthier and stronger with their unique fitness solution. In just 30 minutes, you work every major muscle group through a proven program of strength training, cardio and stretching. You can join any station on the circuit at any time and workout when it suits you (within standard opening hours).

The circuit includes a variety of hydraulic resistance machines, which are built to create resistance that intensifies with effort. As your strength improves, you push harder and the machines respond with more resistance, which makes them ideal for women of any fitness level to achieve results.
To give you the opportunity to try Strength Training for yourself, Curves Wendouree is holding a special “Women’s Health Week” 30-minute Combo Body Basics Circuit, on September 8 from 9am.
The circuit will be followed by a light morning tea. Entry is by gold coin donation, with all proceeds donated to Jean Hailes for Women's Health.
