The Lions go for five premierships in a row as they take on East Point in the grand final.
Redan defeated Darley in 2012 and 2013, Bacchus Marsh in 2014 and Melton last year.
Redan goes into the game with several enforced changes, with Jacob Short, Kurt Lenehan, Tom Watson and Ryan Bell all out of the second semi-final team after playing too many senior games.
However, the Lions do regain quality in the likes Scott Whiting, Kyle Hayes and Nick Sullivan, who had an injury-interrupted year.
There was little between Redan and East Point by the end of the home and away season, with each dropping just one game and the Lions claiming the minor premiership on percentage.

Sam Cooper found some excellent touch at senior level late in the year and will anchor the midfield, but it is up forward where the Kangaroos potentially pose the biggest danger to Redan though the experience Chris Quinlan and Brad Whittaker, plus Drew Murphy, Andrew Stevenson and Angus Wright. Throw in Luke Faull, Jason Delaney and Chris Banwell, and Redan will have its hands full.
