Hugh McCluggage, Willem Drew, Jarrod Berry and Cedric Cox are among 32 of the best 18-year-old’s in the country and Friday’s clash gives the draft-hopefuls one of the last opportunities to impress recruiters ahead of November’s AFL National Draft. The players are split into two teams – the Chris Judd team and the Michael O’Loughlin team – with Brenton Sanderson to coach team Judd and Tadhg Kennelly taking the reins of team O’Loughlin.
Berry will be assessed throughout the week as to whether he will line-up as the club eases him back from a kidney injury.
