The first two rinks were relatively one-sided affairs as Daylesford took a nine shot advantage from the first rink while that was matched by the 10 shot difference in the second rink going the way of Central Wendouree.
Daylesford claimed the third rink 21 shots to 19 to deliver the win.
Meanwhile, Sebastopol also had a close match with Avenue – taking the points 67-63.
City Oval notched up win number three as it defeated Webbcona by 16 shots as Webbcona finally got its BDBD midweek season underway.
Buninyong returned to the winners list with a big win over Creswick, claiming a 38-shot victory. The 90-52 win was largely courtesy of a dominant first rink that triumphed 36-10.
Midlands Golf did similar against Smeaton, with three consistently strong rinks getting the job done to record a convincing result of 79 shots to 45.
