Three teenage boys have been charged after a police pursuit near Geelong on Tuesday, in a week where four Victorians have lost their lives on the roads in just two days.

Police pursued a stolen car, which was seen driving erratically in Lara about 2.45pm on Tuesday, a spokesman said.
He said police believe the driver dumped that car before stealing a second vehicle.
A short time later two boys got out of the car and were arrested.
But the pursuit didn't end there. Following the arrests, the 16-year-old driver was seen at several locations in Lara, Little River and Werribee.
Finally he was stopped by police about 4pm in Tarneit and arrested.
The 16-year-old boy, from Corio has been charged with a number of offences, including unlicensed driving, burglary, car theft, reckless conduct endangering life, dangerous driving, and failing to stop a vehicle on request.
A 15-year-old Corio boy was charged with car theft and another 15-year-old boy was charged with driving offences and car theft.
The three boys have been bailed to appear at a children's court, at a later date.
The police pursuit came less than one day after 15-year-old Luke Lee died in hospital.
Five teenagers, including Luke, were out in a white VS Commodore late on Monday night. The oldest of them was 17, the youngest 13.
The car he was driving "at speed" hit a tree in Sunshine West on Monday night. The survivors are all in hospital.
Luke is one of four people who have died on the state's roads since Monday.
A woman died after the car she was driving collided with another vehicle on Five Mile Road in Pakenham South on Monday afternoon.
Then, about 2.15pm on Tuesday, another female driver died after her car hit a tree in Rathscar near Maryborough.
An hour later a third woman died after the van she was driving collided with a truck in Longwarry North.
Police have been told the van was turning right from Sand Road onto Princes Way, when it was struck by a truck travelling west on Princes Way.
The tragic two days has brought the number of lives lost on Victorian roads in 2016 to 239, 28 more than at the same time last year.
Police have warned of the dangers under-age drivers face.
"You're 15. You're not invincible. Don't get in a car. A split second decision can change a life," acting Sergeant Trent Hewet said on Tuesday.
