Federation University TAFE education manager John Hayes said: “The recipients are students who have demonstrated outstanding achievement, consistently strong work ethic over the whole year, leadership skills and role model behaviour for other students and within the community.”
The outstanding hairdressing non apprentice student of the year was awarded to Natasha Bryant, the hairdressing apprentice of the year stage one went to Monique Flenley, stage two to Kaelyn Hill and stage three to Elly Edwards.
The FedUni beauty award winners were: personal growth award: Emma Fraser; salon therapist of the year: Tayla Smith and outstanding student of the year Brittany Young.
