Police and April’s family have concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition and the length of time she has been missing.
Her last known whereabouts were at Taylors Lakes shopping centre at the intersection of Kings Road and the Melton Highway on December 12.
April is described as about 155cm tall with a thin build, fair complexion and brown eyes.
She is currently believed to have shoulder-length bleached blonde hair, unlike what is depicted in the below image.
Anyone with information about April is asked to contact the Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.

April was last seen at a Taylors Lakes shopping centre at the intersection of Kings Road and the Melton Highway on December 12.

Investigators have released an image of April in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
April is described as about 155cm tall with a thin build, fair complexion and brown eyes.

April is known to frequent the Ballarat, Keilor, Sunshine and Sunbury areas.
