Rachael Fyfe on Monday had her licence cancelled and she was disqualified from driving for three months after pleading guilty at the Ballarat Magistrates' Court to the offending.
The court heard Fyfe was travelling along the Sebastopol/Smythesdale Road at Ross Creek when she lost control and rolled her car near Tom Jones Road on January 5 last year.
An investigation of the crash scene determined Fyfe had been driving between 114-118km/h in a 100km/h zone moments before the crash. She also admitted previously using cannabis and her licence had been suspended at the time.
Fyfe's lawyer, Mike Wardell, told the court his client had a strong work history and no criminal priors.
He said over the years Fyfe had experienced a lot of trauma which she struggled with, but added she had now been able to bring herself off the cannabis.
As for the ice, he said the reading came as a shock to his client who said she had never used it.
"It doesn't usually float through the air," magistrate Frank Jones said.
"I'm skeptical she hasn't taken it."
Mr Jones fined Fyfe $900.
"You're lucky you didn't kill yourself ... or anyone else," he told Fyfe following sentence.
"If I could, I'd give you longer off the road for drugs."
