Ballarat police have launched a public appeal for information to find two arsonists who allegedly set alight a truck along Spencer Street two months ago.

Police said extensive damage was caused to the truck parked at a business premises on Spencer Street in the early hours of Sunday, February 26.
“Offenders responsible for a deliberately lit fire were captured on CCTV, and police are seeking assistance from the public in regards to the identity of the males or any knowledge (about) the suspicious fire,” an officer said.
“Although the images are of poor quality, one male is of a large build and height, possibly wearing a blue coat.
“The other male is wearing a black windcheater with a white motif on the front.”
Police called on business owners to upgrade CCTV systems but hoped someone would come forward with more information.
