The Magpies enjoyed a emphatic 75-point win over fourth-placed East Point Dragons, boasting seven different goal kickers, after travelling to White Flat Oval on Sunday.
Key forward Georgia Watson converted three goals for a return of 21 goals in her first five matches of the season.
While Jessie Cartledge kicked East Point’s only goal of the match in the opening quarter.
Meanwhile, Redan continued its dominant start with a 62-point victory over winless Melton Centrals in Melton West on Saturday.
Star of the match for Redan was Jessica Bokma, who had a day out with six goals.
But, despite what the scoreline would suggest, Redan had a slow start trailing Melton by three points at the first break.
Redan recovered after quarter time, keeping Melton goalless in the second and fourth quarters.
It was a closer encounter between Ballarat Swans and Sunbury Kangaroos with 22 points the difference when the final siren sounded and Sunbury collected its fourth win of the season.
In Ballarat Youth Girls, Lakers remain undefeated after another strong display against Carisbrook Lions.
