To have family members play in the same team at country level sport is not unusual, but to have family connections in every grade is a rare feat – but that’s exactly what happened through Bungaree’s netball grades on Saturday.

Laura and Sophie Wade (B grade), Holly and Sophie Boyd (under-13 As), Jessica and Anna Hodge (under-13 Bs), Emma and Ally Trigg (under-15s), Charlotte and Grace Todd (under-17s), Chloe and Ebony Pearson (C grade) made up six groups of siblings while A grade saw two lots of sisters take to the court - Emma Hills, Annie Hills Grace O’Dwyer and Kathryn O’Dwyer.
Bungaree netball coordinator Barb O’Dwyer said it spoke volumes of the club’s tight-knit environment.
Bungaree will hold its first reunion on August 5.
