The Devils made four changes to the side they originally announced for the second semi-final against Bacchus Marsh on Saturday.
Assistant coach Dan Roy, captain Shane Page and Western Jets youngsters Matt Young and Zak Butters played after initially named as emergencies.
They replaced Chris Graham, Tom Evans, Dane Grenfell and Jay Pearson.
Graham was a late withdrawal after the birth of his child, Grenfell had hamstring soreness and Evans minor knee trouble.
Graham and Evans should be walk up starts if available.
Graham has been outstanding in his first season with Darley, while Evans had played every game up to missing Saturday.
The experienced Grenfell has cemented his spot as a small forward since mid-season, kicking 15 goals in his past five appearances.
For Roy it was his first game since suffering fracturing a cheekbone and eye-socket against Bacchus Marsh in round 15.
He worked his way through an early knock to his left thigh to be among Darley’s better players.
Page was rock solid in various roles, while Butters made a big impact in only his second game for the Devils this year, capping off his game with a lively two goals.
Ruckman Abe Cameron (shoulder) again missed and took on the role of runner, but might have a struggle on his hands to displace Abe Kur despite having played 15 games this year.
