Ringin will become the fifth Naps-Sebas player to reach the milestone, joining Dan Scott, Tim Clarke, Brendan Thomson and Darren Leech
Last season’s EJ Cleary Medalist knew the milestone was coming up, but it even caught him by surprise.
“I knew it was coming up, but I didn’t actually know it was this week,” Ringin said.
Ringin was proud of his achievement, but remained focused on getting the victory against Darley in this week’s two-day clash.
“To play that many games at the top echelon, it’s pretty awesome.
“Especially for our club, hopefully we can celebrate it with a win next week.”
Overall, Ringin has played 231 games for the club.
The all-rounder hitting 2938 runs in his time and along with 377 wickets.
Continuing the rich tradition of the Ringin family representing Napoleons-Sebastopol, Will Ringin will make his first grade debut this week – joining brothers Matt and Justin.
Napoleons-Sebastopol will be hoping for a strong response this week after going down to East Ballarat following a score of 93 with the bat.
Darley is another finals contender, making this clash a telling one.
