Creswick claims an important success in midweek pennant bowls

Creswick secured more important points on Monday to boost its chances of finals in season 2017-18.

The Wickers defeated fifth-placed Avenue to extend their break inside the division one midweek pennant bowls top four.

Other winners on Monday were City Oval, Sebastopol and Central Wendouree. The game between Buninyong and Daylesford was abandoned due to Buninyong’s greens being closed.
