After being set only 87 runs for victory by East Asia Pacific, Vic Country fell to 3-29 as the run chase began to look edgy.
But Roscholler joined Lee Stockdale at the crease and the pair batted well to ensure there were minimal stumbles en route to the total.
Roscholler made an unbeaten 29 from 38 balls while Stockdale made 26 not out in the one-day format in Western Australia.
Vic Country will be looking to continue its impressive form over the next couple of days as it faces South Australia Country and Queensland Country in the final two rounds of the competition.
After a slow start by the Victorians, which saw them lose their first five matches of the carnival, they have found form – likewise with Roscholler.
After just 44 runs in his first five outings, he has notched up 91 from his past three, including 60 against WA.
