Vincennes joins Italian-bred My Tribeca, Heavenly Sister and Glenferrie Burn.
Golino’s stable is almost exclusively made up of trotters and after finishing sixth in the Victorian trainers’ premiership last season is sitting seventh this season with a winning strike rate of almost 30 per cent.
This is not the first time this quartet has been in the same race, having clashed in the Howe Free-For-All at Melton in November.
Golino has consistently been having three starters in open age feature trots, with My Tribeca winning the McNamara Cup at Geelong and Vincennes taking out the Yarra Valley Trotters’ Cup.
While My Tribeca is arguably the most talented of the four going to Bray Raceway, Vincennes has been racing the most consistently with three minor placings in group company in his past four starts.
Vincennes will get an opportunity to again be prominent from gate one after a strong third in the group 1 Maori Mile at Bendigo..
Last-start Maori Mile winner Sparkling Success looks the one to beat after running a track record at Bendigo.
El Paco continues his busy program, having raced and placed sixth in Adelaide last Saturday night and backed up with a third at Hamilton on Sunday.
