The Red Caps, which were third heading into Saturday's one-day fixture, proved too good for North Ballarat in a re-scheduled match at CE Brown Reserve.
The opening day of the two-day fixture was abandoned last weekend, meaning all round eight matches were played as one-day encounters.
Wendouree batted first and thanks to a half-century from skipper Gavin Webb, the side was able to reach 224 from its 50 overs.
Craig Jenkins made a handy 43 down the order, while Jack Peeters added an important 33.
North Ballarat lost a few early wickets, but recovered to be 3-73 in the run chase. However, that’s when things really turned in favour of Wendouree, which got on top to dismiss the Roosters for 142 inside 42 overs.
Jonty Wall, John Butler and Peeters all took two wickets for the Red Caps.
Scott Wright was North’s top scorer with 34.
Elsewhere on Saturday, Mt Clear chased down Darley’s 134 with three wickets in hand and East Ballarat narrowly defended its total of 9-227, bowling out Napoleons-Sebastopol for 219.
The Brown Hill versus Ballarat-Redan game remained incomplete on the BCA website, but the last updated score had the Bulls in deep trouble at 9-169 chasing the Two Swords’ 4-274.
Jayden Hayes made 110, Taylor Sutton 51 and Jack Riding 49 not out for Ballarat-Redan.
Ryan Knowles hit 60 for Brown Hill.
