City FC will take on Geelong at Morshead Park on Saturday, March 19, with new coach and head of football Danny Graystone at the helm.
This will be Ballarat's third season in NPL3, which was formed in 2020.
However, COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions have forced a premature end to each of the competition's two years.
While the 11 clubs which made up NPL3 all remain, Western United has been added.
This removes the need for a bye in the 22-round season, which ends on August 20.
Ballarat will have an even split off 11 home and away games, with all but two away Sunday rounds played on Saturdays.
